Is it safe to use this tool?

Briefly yes. Consider following steps to make it more secure:
1. When connecting database use user with read only permissions
2. You can optionally use db user with limited access to tables (list of tables and columns)
3. For every website user you can assign a separate db user
4. Consider self-hosted solution to maximize data privacy
5. Enable authentication

Can I allow AI to use only specific tables?

You can do that. It's even possible to specify a list of columns for each table

Can I adjust access according the user role?

Yes you can. For each individual user you can specify a list of tables and columns user can access to

How does authentication work?

To authorize end user we use JWT token generated in your application which is sent to our API. You specify user ID and role which are used by the application. To ensure that JWT is authentic we check signed key.

What are the limits?

According to the plan you use there will be limited number of requests per day

Can I use this for free?
